We understand what will bring your investment project to it’s highest return possible from the lowest repair price possible. We will provide an estimate for all repairs we recommend needed for the property as well as a list of minimum repairs at request.

We understand that every property is different depending on the neighborhood and desired rental range therefore we can best assist you in receiving the maximum return on your investment by tailoring your estimate to your specific investment needs. We also provide estimates for smaller jobs along as offering services to contractors as well. We aim to achieve the highest rental income or value for your property. In order to secure the top-quality tenants or in a home owners’ case, great value, we have found that the property must be repaired to the neighborhood standards at a minimum.

There are certain repairs and preferences that you, as an owner, might desire, yet may not translate into an increase in rent and this is just one of many subtle details we assist our clients with to maximize investment returns.

Our “Complete Estimate” includes the items on your inspection report that require repair AND any recommended repairs we find while walking the property.

The “Required Repairs Estimate” will provide the minimum repairs required to rent the property for the current year. (Future repairs, longer vacancies, and lower monthly rent could be possible.)
